Updating or Resetting an Account Password

Managing your password is easy and intuitive.

Updating/Changing your Password

If you need to change your password, simply click on "Change Password" from the "Account" tab found in the main menu.

After you click "Change Password" you'll be taken to a page where you'll input your old password and create a new one.

Click "Update" and your new password is all set!

Resetting Your Password

You can easily retrieve a forgotten password by clicking "LOGIN" from the top of any aytm page, then clicking "FORGOT?".

We'll take you to a page where you'll enter your account email, then click "Retrieve Password".

We'll immediately send you an email with a link to create your new password. If you have forgotten your login email or need to change it, please contact us.
