We are excited to share our new Help Center with you, and want to point out a few neat things about it.
You probably already found the giant search bar at the top, but did you also notice the new categories and sections to help organize articles by topic? On each article page you will see a menu on the right side that shows the other articles in the same section, making navigation a little easier.
You can also find articles you've recently viewed down at the bottom, and can give a thumbs up or thumbs down depending on whether you found the contents helpful. If not, reach out and let us know what you needed instead!
One last thing to share, aytm now not only has live chat, but you can Submit a Ticket if your question is not urgent or you don't have time for a chat conversation. We'll do our best to respond quickly and thoroughly, so please provide as much information as you can when you submit a ticket. Suggestions for new help and support content are welcome!
