Various Ways to Download Your Survey Draft

Having a draft is helpful as a clean overview of your survey to share with colleagues or as way to review and spot any areas that need editing. Downloading your survey draft will give you access to the survey question and answer text along with any logic and thumbnails of images used in the survey. You can also use survey drafts to upload to a new survey as a template (see Upload Survey Draft).

The aytm platform exports survey drafts in Word format and can be accessed several ways.

From your Dashboard

1. Click the settings wheel icon on the right side of the survey's row in your dashboard.
2. Select Save as word (.docx) to initiate the download.

From the Survey Editor

1. Click the arrow icon in the left menu bar.
2. Follow the prompts in the pop-up menu to print or download a copy to your hard drive.

From the Results page

1. Click the printer icon in the left menu of the Results page.
2. Select Print Report or Survey Draft. Printing your report will generate a file including all the data that has accumulated from your survey. Printing your survey draft will generate a file of the survey text along with any logic and thumbnails of images used.
