Issues with Saving Your Survey?
With Survey Editor 3.0 surveys should save automatically. If you are ever unable to save your survey don't panic! Try this troubleshooting trick below.
- Do not close your browser window. In most cases the issue is a temporary loss of connection.
- Use the shortcut ctrl + shift + s to activate the save button.
- Click on the share icon on the left side of the page and download a Word document version of your survey. This way if you are unable to save you don't lose your entire survey.
- Wait 15-30 minutes and try to save again. (as stated in #1 in most cases it's a temporary connection issue, leaving the browser window open ensures that one a connection is reestablished the survey will save automatically!)

We may be able to retrieve a copy of the survey for you. Please note it might not have the most recent changes which is why we recommend downloading a Word document version.
