Chat With Us

When you need assistance right now and can't find the answer in an article, our Support Team is ready to help you through chat. No bots here! 

 

Start a Chat

At the top of the page is a link to "Chat with us" which opens a small window with an information form.

Follow the prompts to start chatting with our team! Be sure to include the email associated with your aytm account.  If your inquiry is about a specific survey, be sure to have your Survey ID or survey title for us to review. 

 

The Secret Search Option

When you open the chat window, there's another thing you can do to get help - click on the left-pointing arrow in the menu bar as shown below:

From there, you'll see the Help search right in the widget, and you can even browse and read full articles there. It's a great way to keep your access to the Help Center easily available while you work on surveys.

To continue to a chat with our Support Team, click Live Chat and you'll see the prompts again.

 

Response Time

Our support hours are Monday through Friday 9am-9pm Eastern Time. Chats are answered within a few minutes unless it's outside business hours or holidays. If chat isn't available, you can open a ticket which will have priority the next day.
